South Side Help Center empowers Chicago’s South Side with comprehensive HIV prevention services designed to reduce new infections and support healthier lives. Through education, testing, counseling, and access to proven prevention tools like PrEP, we help individuals take control of their sexual health. Our team meets people where they are with culturally responsive care, confidential support, and community‑driven outreach that makes prevention accessible for everyone.
